Tony (Batman)
Thanks for reading my blog. I'm an age-group triathlete and triathlon coach specializing in beginners. Even though I've spent my entire career working in the finance industry, I majored in Biology and Physiology as a pre-Med in college and continue to stay up to date on the latest in the areas of health, sports medicine, general medicine, and nutrition. I'm also currently completing studies in Sports Nutrition and Sports Physiology.
